Products from our fall fundraiser have arrived and will be available for parent pickup in the auditorium: Tuesday, November 10, 2009 from 2:00pm – 6:00pm and Thursday, November 12, 2009 from 2:00 – 6:00pm. Please check orders carefully and deliver product ASAP. All exchanges and/or discrepancies must be resolved by Wednesday, November 25, 2009. As the time for Academic Achievers is approaching we would like to make you aware of an administrative decision that changes the format for academic recognition. This year North Garner Middle School is switching from the 4.0 and 3.5 point system to the A Honor Roll and AB Honor Roll grade system. All students who earn all grades B or higher (including electives) will qualify for recognition during our Academic Achievers ceremonies held each quarter.
The Wake County Public School System Superintendent Dr. Del Burns has posted a video message for parents and stakeholders in the community. This message will discuss plans for the new school year, ways to become involved and how we are improving to meet the needs of all of our students.
